How do I capture additional data from candidates applying for a credential?
To capture additional data via credentials, create the required question/topic for additional data in Field Management > Credential Overview.
Once the required topic/questions are ready, go to the Credential Management tile and select 'Edit' on the credential you would like to collect the answers for. Then scroll down to section 6 (Additional Requirements) and simply click on the Forms icon to link the questions to your credential.
