Yes, you can through the Credentials Retention rules.
Under Section 5 of Credential Creation, you can set certain conditions that determine whether the credential will auto deactivate or re-activate in the future. Once the conditions are satisfied by the member's records, the credential will reactivate accordingly. (In this case, the member needs to have an active coach membership for their Coach Credentials to be active.)
